After dominating Skidmore-Tynan last week, the No. 16 state-ranked Aransas Pass High School varsity Panthers fell to the No. 18-ranked Odem Owls. The Panthers are now 5-1 in district, and 18-11 on the season.

Aransas Pass hosted Skidmore-Tynan, Tuesday Jan 15, and took charge from the beginning with a 29-2 first quarter. They outscored the Bobcats 17-8 in the second for a 46-10 lead at halftime. Scoring slowed in the second half, but AP continued to outscore S-T 10-9 in the third, and 9-3 in the third.
